T. D. Landes House. 1930s
Story-and-a-half Craftsman bungalow of stretcher brick-veneer frame construction with an asphalt-shingled clipped gable roof with large weatherboarded clipped gable dormers on the sides. The front porch has tapered posts on brick pedestals with a modern wooden tailing. Other features include a poured-concrete foundation, exposed rafter ends, a porch glassed in with jalousie windows on the north side, 4/1 windows with soldier-course lintels, and a deck.
