"One-story Ranch house of five-course American bond brick construction or facing with an asphalt-shingled front-gable roof with vinyl-sided gables. Other features include an interior brick chimney, a side entry, a houndstooth course at the retaining wall extending across the front of the base of the windows, and a front bay window. A stone retaining wall extends across the front of the lot. The house, probably the earliest Ranch-style house in the district, was designed by T. J. Collins & Son. (James K.
