Carrie Hiner House. 1909; 1948; 1966.
Two-story frame Foursquare-form house with aluminum siding and an asphalt-shingle hip roof with a decorative front gable. The modem one-story front entry porch with metal supports replaces a one-story wraparound porch. Other features include a brick foundation, a 1966 one-story north wing with a cinder-block foundation and a metal roof balcony railing, and modem 1/1 windows. Miss Carrie Hiner lived here in 1935. The Etters also lived in the house. (Lois F. Bradley)
