House. Ca. 1950
Located on the northeast corner of Locust and 13th streets, this one-story single-family dwelling is built of brick laid in stretcher bond on a poured concrete foundation. Features include a wood single-leaf multi-light entry door set beneath a one-story, two-bay porch with square wood columns. A large chimney of bricks laid in stretcher bond dominates the facade. Windows have 8/8 and 6/6 double-hung wood sash, and the house's gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles.
