Quillen House. Ca. 1910
Two-story, three-bay frame single-family dwelling on a parged masonry foundation. Exterior is clad in asbestos shingles but retains a single-leaf wood door, 2/2 double-hung sash, a gable roof, and a one-story, three-bay porch with square wood columns and flat jigsawn balusters. Located on the southeast corner of Locust Avenue and Thirteenth Street. Occupied in 1935 by G.D. Quillen.
