T. C. Bradley House. 1928
Story-and-a-half frame Tudor Revival house with shingle-pattern vinyl siding and a steep asbestos-shingled gable roof with decorative gables and a rear shed dormer. Juxtaposed on the front are an exterior brick chimney with paved shoulders and a small gabled projection containing an entry in an elliptical archway with a door hung on decorative strap hinges. Other features include a poured-concrete foundation, a front picture window, modern 1/1 windows, and a basement-level back screen porch. Picket fences enclose the front and back yards (the front fence is metal).
