Chittum House. Between 1920-1925
Two-story house of frame construction with asbestos shingle siding, parged masonry foundation, elaborate pedimented surround with a single-leaf paneled door with glass insert, 1/1 double-hung wood sash, asphalt-shingled gable roof, and an exterior end brick chimney. Front yard features a brick entry walk with a wrought-metal railing at stoop. Occupied in 1935 by H.T. Chittum.
