Arthur G. Stickley House. Ca. 1925
Two-story house of stretcher brick-veneer frame construction with an asphalt-shingle hip roof. The one-story front porch has modem square-section wood columns, square-section balusters, and slate steps. Other features include an exterior brick chimney and flue, decorative rafter ends in the house and porch eaves, 6/1 and casement windows, and a small one-story rear wing with an engaged side porch. The house is similar in form and detail to 569 and 577 Chestnut.
