One-and-a-half-story Dutch Colonial Revival-influenced house of vinyl-sided frame construction on a poured concrete foundation with an unusual asphalt-shingle gambrel roof and exterior end brick chimney. Features include a single-leaf paneled door with glass insert, 4/1 double-hung wood sash, and a front entry stoop covered with an arched hood supported on triangular wood braces. Built between 1935 and 1948.
