Two-story frame Victorian house with weatherboard siding and an asphalt-shingle hip-and-gable roof with rectangular louvered vents. The one-story wraparound porch has Ionic columns and turned balusters. Other features include a brick foundation and interior flues, 1/1 windows, and a two-tier back porch with a reworked first tier and a second tier with turned posts and balusters. A wood privacy fence extends along Fourteenth.
