One-and-a-half-story single-family dwelling of brick construction Architectural features include a single-leaf door with wood and leaded-glass panels, multi-pane steel casement windows, a gable roof with wood-look asbestos shingles, an exterior end brick chimney with a corbelled cap, and a one-story, one-bay wood entry hood supported by triangular braces. A semi-detached one-story garage is situated on the east end of the house. Built sometime between 1935 and 1948, this was home to the Patricks family (Frances Cook).
