J. G. Rusmiselle House. Late 1920s
Story-and-a-half Craftsman bungalow with an asphalt-shingled front-gable roof with a gabled side dormer, gable brackets, and a three-part front window. The first story is of stretcher brick-veneer frame construction and the upper level is stuccoed. The engaged front porch has brick pillars, a stucco railing, and arched stucco spans. Other features include a poured-concrete foundation with a soldier course at the transition to brick, an interior brick chimney, 6/6 windows, a back deck, and a one-story rear wing with a latticed basement level.
