House. Late 1920s
Two-and-a-half-story frame Craftsman bungalow with vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled gable roof with large shed dormers. Other features include a one-story wraparound porch, a poured-concrete foundation, and exposed rafter ends. The wooded front yard slopes to a wire fence and stone gate posts on Maple Ave.
Garage. Late 1920s. One-story frame garage with weatherboard siding, an asphalt-shingled gable roof, a poured-concrete foundation, and a wood and glass panel door.
