Tree Streets Historic District
House. 1920s
This two-story stuccoed Arts & Crafts style house with projecting end pavilions has a complex asphalt-shingled hipped roof, exposed rafter ends, interior brick chimneys, and a one-and-a-half-story shed-roofed side wing with a shed dormer. The central entry, reached at the top of a tall, broad flight of steps flanked by mature American boxwoods, is sheltered by a one-story, one-bay porch with a shallow hipped roof and stucco square columns, and features a single-leaf door with an elliptical transom and flanked by sidelights. Centered on the main roof above is a gabled dormer. Grouped into pairs and triplets on the facade are 6/6 double-hung wood sash.
