House. 1920s; 1930s-40s

816 13th St, Waynesboro, VA 22980

Two-story frame house with vinyl siding, an asphalt-shingled gable roof, a poured-concrete foundation, and 1/1 windows. Sanborn maps show that a one-story garage was built on the spot in the early 1920s. By 1930 the garage had received a second story, probably an apartment. On the 1948 map the building is designated as an asbestos-sided dwelling. Garden shed (metal). Late 20th c.
