From the National Register nomination

Two-story concrete block commercial building with brick veneer. Original facade nearly completely encased with materials designed to evoke the image of a vernacular Colonial Revival style dwelling, with a clapboard-clad first story, multi-pane windows, shutters, a six-panel single door, a slate-shingled side-gabled false roof, and four gabled dormers. In 1951 the building housed the Farmer's Service Store.
