Located on the site of Waynesboro's first City Hall, this severely Modernist office building is three stories high, with dark brown brick-veneered walls, a recessed corner entry with glass walls, and fixed windows. Dedicated 7 April 1962 (News-V/rginian 19 Sept 1967).
