One-story single-family dwelling of vinyl-sided frame construction on a raised poured-concrete foundation, with an asphalt-shingled front-gable roof, an interior brick flue, and a single-leaf paneled door. A rear hip-toofed porch has been enclosed for living space, and vinyl replacement windows have been added to the house.
