Two-story, three-bay single-family dwelling of vinyl-sided frame construction on a parged stone foundation, with a standing-seam-metal gable roof, two central brick flues, and a one-story gabled ell. A single-leaf door, vinyl double-hung sash, and three-bay porch are modern replacements of original features. The house has a slight setback from the street, with a poured-concrete retaining wall and steps at the front property line. Occupied by Scotty Piple in 1935.
