One-story, Art Deco commercial building constructed of concrete block with a cast-stone facade omamented with green marble veneers, glass blocks, and a brushed aluminum entry. The building was occupied by Colonial Stores in 1951 and subsequently by Pender's Grocery and then Kroger.
