Two-story concrete block mixed-use commercial building with stretcher-bond brick veneer and three-panel fixed window with cast-stone sill on second story and rough-cast Enghsh-bond Roman brickwork framing the storefront with recessed display windows and entry. The 1948 Sanborn map indicates the building was in use at that time as a restaurant. In 1951 the Cozy Kitchen Restaurant occupied the ground floor while three tenants lived in upper-story apartments. In 1971 Ronnie Mahanes Florist was housed in the building.
