One-story single-family dwelling of weatherboard-sided frame prstruction on a raised brick foundation with an asphalt-shingled gable-front roof and two interior brick flues. Other features include a single-leaf four-panel wood entry door, 6/6 double-hung wood sash, exposed rafter ends, and a one-story, three-bay front porch with chamfered posts and a spindle railing. To the rear is a one-story shed porch, partially enclosed, on a concrete block foundation. Occupied by Signora Watkins in 1935.
