From the National Register nomination

Two-story single-family dwelling of decorative rockfaced concrete block with a gable roof, vinyl-sided front shed dormer, and an exterior-end concrete block and brick chimney. Other features include a single-leaf wood multi-light entry door, 1/1 double-hung windows, and a one-story, three-bay front porch with wood Tuscan columns. A poured-concrete walk and steps lead from the street to the entry.
