Two-story frame Victorian house with novelty vinyl siding and a metal-sheathed gable roof with a two-story gabled front wing and diamond-shaped louvered gable vents. The one-story front porch has chamfered posts with sawn brackets. Other features include a brick foundation and interior chimney, 1/1 and 2/2 windows with molded trim, a modern one-story rear addition, and a modern frame carport addition on the north side. The house served as the Methodists' third parsonage. Mrs. Frances E. Jones lived here in 1935.
