Two-story building (four apartments) of stretcher brick-veneer frame ort ton with an asphalt-shingled gable roof, two gabled front stoops on posts, 6/6 windows with T1-11 spandrels between the stories, and two rear decks. The property features a collection of inspired recent yard art including a lighthouse made by Vernon Hundley, resident in apartment 1.
