Two-story frame Foursquare-form house with aluminum siding and an asphalt -shingled hip roof with a decorative front gable. The modern one-story front entry porch with metal supports replaces a one-story wraparound porch. Other features include a brick foundation, a 1966 onc-story north wing with a cinder-block foundation and a metal roof balcony railing, and modern 1/1 windows. Miss Carrie Hiner lived here in 1935. The Etters also lived in the house.
