One-and-a-half-story, single-family dwelling of vinyl-sided frame construction on a masonry foundation. Exterior features include a single-leaf paneled wood door with glass panes. Replacement vinyl windows have been installed, but the house retains a front-gabled roof, two brick chimneys with corbelled caps, and a one-story, two-bay porch with square wood posts on shingled piers. Occupied in 1935 by Jackson E. Kiger.
