Two-story Colonial Revival house of stretcher brick-veneer frame construction with an asphalt-— shingled gable roof. A spacious one-story front entry porch has square-section wood columns and a} wooden Chinese Chippendale roof balustrade. Other features include an exterior brick chimney on the south gable end flanked by quarter-round windows in the gable, a front entry with transom, 8/8 windows, a back deck, and a two-story rear wing. The house ts built on the site of a water tank that served the town during the early 20th century.
