Two-story frame Victorian house with asbestos-shingle siding and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The one-story front porch has turned posts, sawn brackets with turned pendants, 4nd a spindle frieze with a sawn fringe. Other features include a two-story gabled front wing, peaked louvered gable vents, interior brick flues, 2/2 windows, and a back porch with enclosed first ter and a sleeping porch on the second tier. A concrete retaining wall and privacy fence extend across the front of the lot.

One-story frame with novelty weatherboard siding, an asphalt-shingled hip roof, a poured-concrete foundation, and two vehicle bays with hinged matchboard doors.
