Other features include a poured-concrete foundation, an interior brick chimney, a front entry with transom, 2/2 windows, a one-story shed-roofed rear wing, and a large L-shaped two-story rear wing added in the 1930s or 1940s and distinguished by two-tier porches facing the house and alley supported on turned posts and octagonal pillars (apparently concrete). The réar addition was made when the house was converted into apartments.
