Two-story frame Victorian house with vinyl siding and a metal-sheathed gable roof with a front gable containing a lunette and side gables with peaked louvered vents. The rebuilt one-story front entry porch has turned posts and sawn brackets. Other features include an interior brick flue, a front entry with round-arched fanlight, 2/2 windows, a two-story reat wing with a two-tier porch (the upper tier enclosed), and a back deck. Known as the Hanger House, the dwelling was occupied by Kathrine Megee in 1935.
