Two-story, split-level Modernist ranch located on the northeast corner of Locust and 14" streets. Constructed in a mix of materials (concrete block, brick veneer) on a poured jconcrete foundation with a shallow gable roof of asphalt shingles, the house has aluminum awning-type casement windows throughout.
