Two-story frame Victorian house with asbestos-shingle siding and a metal-sheathed gable roof with an asymmetrical front gable and peaked louvered gable vents. The one-story front porch has chamfered posts. Other features include an interior brick flue, a front entry with transom flanked by an elliptical window, 2/2 windows, and a one-story rear wing. Beale lived here in 1935.
