Two-story Foursquare-form house of stretcher brick-veneer frame construction with an asphalt-shingled hip roof and a hipped dormer with louvered vents. The one-story front porch has classical wood columns and square-section balusters. Other features include a poured-concrete foundation, an interior brick chimney, a front entry with transom and sidelights, 8/1 and 6/1 windows, a one-story rear wing, a rear deck, and a two-story ell addition. A Col. Garrett was an original or early occupant of the house. A. W. Crisfield lived here in 1935.
