From the National Register nomination

Two-story frame Tudor Revival house with a stucco exterior and asbestos-shingle gable roof with a large shed dormer across the rear. The front elevation features several gables and gabled projections and a front entry with an elliptical archway. Other features include a front exterior brick chimney, a modern one-story shed-roofed sunroom with a brick and T1-11 exterior, and casement windows. Bohnson was a physician.
