One-story stucco cottage (frame or masonry) with an asphalt-shingled clipped gable roof. Other features include an exterior brick chimney with double paved shoulders of the south gable end, a bracketed entry stoop of arched form, an entry with sidelights, a brick front patio, and modern 9/9 windows. The house has the appearance of a published plan or mail-order kit home.
