One-and-a-half-story Colonial Revival-influenced, weathered-brick single- fan] walls laid in three-course American bond (Flemish variant). Features includ glass multi-pane door, 6/6 double-hung wood sash set into jack-arched ops asphalt shingles, and an exterior end brick chimney. Three gabled dormers shingles in gable ends, and louvered shutters further distinguish the house. styled, modestly scaled houses built in the "Rose Cliff" Addition before 1948
