J. M. Gardner House. 1926
Two-story stucco Colonial Revival house with an asphalt-shingle hip roof. The one-story front porch has classical wood columns and modem square-section balusters. Other features include an interior brick chimney, 6/1 windows, and a one-story rear wing. A poured-concrete retaining wall extends across the front of the lot.
Garage. Late 1920s. One-story pebble-dash stucco with an asphalt-shingle hip roof, a poured-concrete foundation, and reworked wood doors.
