Two-story apartment building of stretcher brick-veneer frame construction with an asphalt-shingled hip roof. Other features include variegated "antique" brick of red, pink, gray and white hues, an exterior steel circular stair to the reat, 2/2 windows, and a two-tier back screen porch. At the front and back of the lot are fences with barn wood panels between brick piers, and there is a parking lot on the alley.
