Built as a store. Commercial Vernacular. Ca. 1930s. Brick (stretcher bond); 1 story; basement entered at grade at rear; shed roof with parapet; 3-bay front; modern pent roof over storefront; bay window on S side. This is the only early building along Elliewood built to serve as a commercial structure.
