Detached dwelling; now shops and offices. Colonial Revival. Ca. 1910-20. Masonry with stucco cladding; 3 stories; hipped roof; 3-bay front; full-length 1-story front veranda. This 3-story building may have been erected to serve as a boarding house. In the mid-1970s it was renovated for use by small shops and offices catering to students.
