Built as detached dwelling; now a store. Vernacular. Ca. 1910-20. Stucco over frame or masonry; 2 stories at front, 3 at rear; low hipped roof; 3-bay front; original porch replaced by 10-foot front extension at first-floor level. Like other early dwellings on this Elliewood, this building was converted to shops in the 1970s.
