cement over (?) brick; 3 stories; flat roof; 4 bays. Colonial Revival. Ca. 1916. Entrances in each of the 4 bays. 2nd- and 3rd-story windows boarded up. Shallow shed roof supported by large brackets covers 1st story. Projecting pilasters form major divisions of facade, metal cornice above 3rd-story windows and again at roof line.
