Detached dwelling. Colonial Revival/Mediterranean. Ca. 1908-10. Masonry clad in stucco; 2 stories; gable roof clad in red pantiles symmetrical 3-bay-front main block; distyle entry shelter; E side veranda with Doric columns; 1-story W wing with large arched openings filled with triple windows; 2-story rear ell. Elaborate Serlian-motif front entry shelter; yard bordered by rock wall with stuccoed arched gateways. One of the most imaginative houses on the Circle, No. 14 harmoniously blends Mediterranean and Colonial Revival design elements.
