Apartment building. Vernacular. Built 1952. Walls clad in stucco; 2 stories; hipped roof; U plan with landscaped forecourt; 13-bay front (7-bay central block); no porches. This large, U-plan stucco-clad apartment building blends reasonably well with the older buildings in the neighborhood.
