Dance hall on main floor. Neo-Georgian Commercial. Ca. 1920s. Brick (random American bond); 2 stories; parapet roof; 4-bay front, including angled bay at E corner of building. Entry located in arched recess flanked by brick pilasters; Classical cornices above first and second stories. From 1942 to 1983, this Neo-Classical commercial building housed the University Cafeteria, one of the area's most popular eating establishments.
