Apartment building. Modern Vernacular. Ca. 1965. Brick (stretcher bond) veneer; 2 stories; flat roof; 12-bay front; full-length 2-tier front porch. Largely hidden by trees, this modern apartment building replaced a large brick house built in the 1910s and occupied in the 1950s by Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity.
