Built as a fraternity house in 1914. Georgian Revival. Brick (Flemish bond); 2 stories; hipped roof with front pediment; symmetrical 5-bay front; 1-bay front porch; bold wooden dentil cornice; bullseye window in pediment; tetrastyle entry porch with Roman Doric columns. Set on a terrace on the side of Carrs Hill, this handsome Georgian-style structure houses the first fraternity established at the University of Virginia (in 1852).
