The 1-story, 1-bay, hip-roofed concrete block dwelling features a hipped roof, overhanging eaves, exposed rafter ends, an interior concrete block flue, steel casement windows with brick sills, and a side lean-to entrance bay with a shed-roofed hood supported by modern metal posts.
