brick (Flemish bond); 2 stories; flat roof; 4 bays. Italianate. Ca. 1890. Concrete water table between basement and 1st floor; bracketed eaves; entrance in 2nd bay west; windows have been altered. Sanborn Maps: 1886: Dentist; 1891: Dentist.
